Please note that our mask is not a protective mask that has been approved for the EU market in the corona rapid test procedure. Our FFP2 mask / respirator has a full CE certificate from a Notified Body and has passed all necessary tests. It is therefore also certified for the EN 149:2001 + Al:2009 standard. It is approved as personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the regulations of (EU) 2016/425 Annex 9. The mask achieved peak values between 98-99 % in the penetration test.
We deliver the mask in packs of 50, the masks themselves are hygienically packed individually! Thanks to the flexible ear loops, it is very easy to put this mask on correctly - and to wear it for longer periods of time without it disturbing. It is a disposable mask that offers a very high level of wearing comfort thanks to its excellent fit and the adjustable nose clip.

- wash or disinfect hands thoroughly before putting on
- if possible, do not touch the inside when unpacking and unfolding
- grasp both loops and put them over your ears
- Pull the mask on the outside over the chin, mouth and nose and press the malleable nose clip against the nose
- once the face mask is soaked, it loses protection and should be replaced
- Only touch the ligaments of the mask when putting it down; after potentially infectious contact, the outside of the mask is potentially contaminated
- wash or disinfect hands thoroughly after removal

Even if you are wearing a mask, you must still comply with the hygiene measures and spacing rules required to contain the corona pandemic. The mask does not protect you from infection, as the wearer essentially does not inhale through the fleece, but the air is drawn in past the edges of the mask. However, wearing a mask reduces the risk of infection for others, and ultimately for everyone.
MNS masks, particles of a certain size are retained by the fleece filter and thus also prevent smaller particles ( e.g. viruses) from passing through the mask, but a certain proportion of these smaller particles continue to pass through the fleece, but at a decelerated speed, the range that ejected particles can reach is reduced and MNS mask wearers can come a little closer to each other than non-mask wearers, especially during pressure-associated activities such as sneezing or coughing, the range of ejection is considerably reduced, but a minimum distance must still be maintained consistently
Similar Face Masks
Respiratory protection masks are divided into different filter classes. The main differentiating criterion is how small the particles that prevent the masks from entering the airways may be and what the percentage retention rate actually is.
The European standard for PPE masks of class FFP2 is approximately equivalent to the international standard KN95. In the course of the corona crisis, it was decided to approve masks of the KN95 standard in a fast-track procedure for the European market for use against Covid 19 in order to have enough masks available to defend against corona. Please note that masks that carry the FFP2 standard and have a four-digit identification number behind the CE logo have been fully tested according to the EC standard and may therefore also be used for other applications such as in trade and industry.
KN 95 is a designation for a Chinese standard.
The Chinese standards GB 2626-2006 "Respiratory protective equipment. Non-powered air-purifying particle respirator" and GB 19083-2010 "Technical requirements for protective face mask for medical use" are from the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China (SAC)
There are currently many Chinese masks on the market that do not have FFP2 approval. The Chinese mask type KN95 essentially meets the requirements of the American N95 masks.
Attention: Please make sure that such masks are certified by the German DEKRA or TÜV for use as "Corona Masks"!
MNB stands for Oral-Nose-Covering as a mechanical barrier or "brake" for the transmission of breath droplets or saliva when breathing, coughing or sneezing. These coverings / masks are produced in a wide variety of variations. They are usually produced privately or by textile manufacturers.
Medical Oral and Nasal Protection Masks (MNS), so-called surgical masks, are mainly used in the medical sector such as doctors' surgeries, clinics or in the care sector. They can prevent the spread of saliva or breath droplets from the wearer and are primarily used to protect the other person. Surgical masks belong to the category of medical products and comply with the corresponding legal regulations.
